The most recent order is for Severn Trent Water which follows on from an order received in September for Anglian Water.

In November, we displayed a containerised S-DISC at the Biosolids conference & exhibition in Manchester and had very good feedback from many water companies and their partners. We are in discussions with other water companies for other imminent projects so hopefully will be able to announce more orders in the near future.  Each containerised S-DISC has been fully assembled and tested ready for delivery to site as a plug & play solution.

Typical plant capacity

• Up to 18m³/hr @ 0.5% SAS.
• Up to 10m³/hr @ 2.0% co-settled sludge.

WIMES compliant package incorporating:

• HUBER S-DISC 1 sludge thickener c/w flocculation reactor.
• Mono or Seepex progressive cavity thin and thickened sludge pumps.
• ProMinent Ultromat liquid polymer make-up system with optional secondary dilution, mounted on an open mesh grid with bund and a drip tray below and side outlet drain for managing polymer spillage.
• Polymer dosing pump – either diaphragm dosing pump or progressive cavity pump.
• WIMES 3.04 compliant wardrobe control panel with water company specific choice of automation platform.
• 20’ High Cube ISO container designed to allow in situ maintenance of all key components. Complete with heating, lighting and ventilation.
• Distribution board for connection to site power supply, 400VAC 3ph N+E 100Amp.
• Galvanised steel floor with under floor cable ducts to provide uncluttered access.
• Personnel access door.
• Opening side doors for maintenance and removal of components when necessary.
• A pair of bi-folding doors the full length of the side of the container for maintenance and removal of components when necessary.
