Free 免费 + Trial 试验 /  试用 = Free Trial 免费试用

小编今天要分享品牌行销的三大概念，和十个必备英语单词，

一、品牌认知度

是的，讲到品牌行销，第一步就是要先让消费者认识到有你这个品牌，进而记住你。

这时候，当你一听到 "认识" ，就会先想到 recognize，

但是当你上网查翻译时，就会发现第一个跳出来的结果，

不是 brand recognition，而是 brand awareness，两者到底差在哪里呢？

brand recognition (n.) 品牌认识

当我们说，我们 "认得" 一个人，但不一定真的认识、有过交流时，

会使用 recognize 这个动词。因此，brand recognition 也是相同的概念，

从任何视觉上的元素，认得这个品牌。

例如，看到品牌的 Logo、代表色、特殊设计等，

一眼就能看出这是什么品牌，这就是 brand recognition 。

brand awareness (n.) 品牌意识

相对于 recognition，aware 带有更多的认知和意识的意涵。

不仅仅是认得，还要 "认识" ，知道他是什么样的个性、

有什么样的喜好、价值观等。因此，brand awareness 是指，

当听到这个品牌，便能勾勒出一个画面，品牌的文化、风格、理念、价值等。

stick with 形容像是 "黏在" 某个东西上，坚持且持续使用某个东西。

loyalty (n.) 忠诚

loyalty 作为名词，表示忠诚，而 loyal 为其形容词。

因此表示对品牌的忠诚，义近于 loyalty 。

advocate (n.) 拥护人；支持者

只有对于某个品牌有足够高的忠诚度，就很可能会是品牌的拥护者。

advocate 作为动词，表示主张、拥护、支持、提倡；

而作为名词，便表示主张人、拥护人、支持者、提倡者。

He's a strong advocate of Starbucks.

三、目标族群

ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) 理想客户特征

ICP（理想客户特征）、TA（目标客群）和 Persona（角色）有时界线并不分明，

但若细分，ICP 主要针对 B2B 的公司使用。

透过数据，演算出最能够维持公司运营的顾客特征，通常是指公司，

因此包含其营业额、规模、据点、产业别等。

【例句】

They use data analytics to determine who their ICP is.

他们运用数据分析，决定他们的理想客户特征。

TA (Target Audience) 目标客群

与 ICP 类似，也是透过数据等分析方法，

从相对纵观的角度，去锁定一个特定的市场或族群。

但与 ICP 不同的是，TA 主要用在 B2C 的企业中，

因此较着重在分析消费者特征，包含经济能力、身份特质等。

【例句】

The reason why their marketing is so successful is because they have a really clear idea of their TA.

他们的行销之所以如此成功的原因是因为他们有清楚的目标客群。

Buyer Persona 对买家角色

相较于前两者，(Buyer) Persona 是在 ICP 或 TA 之下，

再更细部刻画消费者轮廓的方式，

内容可能包含他的角色、职称、年龄、收入、痛点、遇到的困难等，

任何有用的细节，都会被记录下来，因此相对较微观。 

【例句】

The goal of this meeting is to portray the buyer persona for this new product.

这次开会的目标是要勾勒出新产品的对买家角色。
